AlignerWorks is specially designed to allow for all your trimming, cutting and grinding and Aligner "dimpling" tools to be right at your finger tips! The ThermaKnife (pen) part of the unit allows for fast and easy trimming of 3D Digital prosthetics and trays as well as soft thermoplastic dental trays such as custom whitening (bleaching) trays, soft mouthguards and custom soft nightquards. The ThermalPlier helps dimple aligners for controlling pressure as well as making retentive undercuts on orthodontic appliances and mouthquards. The V35 part of the unit features speeds from 14,000 - 35,000 RPM to handle most cutting needs.
