TERMS OF SALE

Pricing does not include sales tax for Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota customers. May not include training, installation, shipping or handling. We reserve the right to make price adjustment in response to manufacturers increases or to correct typographical errors.

A deposit of 50% is required on all large equipment orders. Balance of payment is due prior to shipment. All orders are subject to a $25 minimum order.

PRICE POLICY

In the event that a Independent Dental, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Independent Dental, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Independent Dental, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Independent Dental, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. Prices may be subject to change. If the price increases, we will contact you for approval.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Independent Dental within 7 days of date received by the customer.

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return. Freight charges will not be refunded. Opened handpieces may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with guarantee.

GUARANTEE -- 1 YEAR WARRANTY

All new items are subject to manufacturers original stated guarantee. All refurbished equipment is warranted for parts (warranty parts supplied by Independent Dental, Inc.) for a period of 1 YEAR unless a longer term is stated. Labor guarantee is covered for 90 days. All equipment may be repaired or replaced under the guarantee terms. Extended warranties are available at an additional cost. Refurbished handpieces are warranted for 90-days. All warranties void unless installation is done by qualified technician.

100% PRICE GUARANTEE

If you find any equipment or part at a lower price on another website we will honor that price. However the equipment or part must be the same style and model that is on our site and the lower price cannot be found on an auction site. To receive the lower price email us with your order request and the URL of the site where the price was found and we will verify the information and send you an email with your new total price.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please call or fax for the export terms and conditions. Export taxes are not collected by Independent Dental, Inc.

The cost of dental equipment does not include installation, the installation of new plumbing, changes to existing plumbing, electrical, carpentry work or flooring. Parts and material required to install, connect, and/or disconnect equipment, which are not supplied to the manufacturer, will be charged to the purchaser.

Independent Dental, Inc. does not assume responsibility for work performed by persons other than its own employees.

Risk of loss to the equipment passes to the purchaser upon delivery.

Independent Dental, Inc. shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery or performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, delays in manufacture or transportation, acts of purchaser or others acting for or on behalf of purchaser, strikes or other labor difficulties, government controls or actions, acts of God or other casualties. In the event of such delay, the date of delivery or performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay.

Purchaser may cancel their order only with the written consent of Independent Dental, Inc. and the payment of reasonable and proper cancellation charges/restocking fees.

INSTALLATION

All installations must be done by a certified/qualified technician or your equipment guarantee may be void. All x-rays must be installed by a technician licensed within your state.
